Thank you for that maam, Pslams website is not always updated, this is thier new project that has been open for "Pre-Selling" just this month, D'Rock is the Contractor of Psalms Properties, both are owned by the same owners.

I think this is all a scam, no work has been done since 2014 on this property. When can a person start building on this property if it is paid in full cash.
